Hello, I am Luh

Product Designer

Crafting a future where simplicity and impact go hand in hand.

About

It’s the little things that make a big difference

My UX/UI design experience has convinced me that a good project is not only a good design, goal and an expected outcome, but also a social, economic and environmental commitment.

I aspire to be a part of projects whose complexity defies the spirit of an engineer. Seeking creative and challenging tasks, to work in a motivated team of committed and enthusiastic colleagues. Friendly and open nature, driven, creative, with a motivated approach to tasks with pro activity as a worker and human being.

I am looking for efficient and technical solutions that integrate innovation and methodology to build great things.

• Working closely with teams of 8researchers, 2Product Leads and 12clients representatives from different Opcos to understand the issues and plan a course of action.

• Updated Kinto & Automark user flows and navigation menus and designed the Settings screens for Alt Find, resulting in a 16% decrease in user confusion and getting stuck.

• Continously reviewing existing process then provide efficient ways in improving the existing UX/User Interface patterns issues for the B2B platforms, synthesizing design recommendations for the Automark & Kinto platform.
