WHY WAS APPROACHED?
Cars.co.za came to me as part of a broader strategy to modernise their entire digital ecosystem.
This project, redesigning & rebuilding their native apps, was one piece of that puzzle. At the time, their Android, iOS and web platforms were being run separately, making updates slow, costly and inconsistent.
They needed a unified solution that could simplify their stack, scale with their growth, and improve the experience for every user.
