Who will work on my project and how will I communicate?

Your project is handled by me, end to end, with senior oversight from kickoff to handoff. Depending on the scope I cover product design, UX, art direction and project management myself. You’ll have one point of contact, regular check-ins, and transparent communication through the tools that work best for your team.

How do you estimate project scope, timeline, and budget?

I estimate each project based on its scope, complexity and goals. I work on an hourly, deposit-based basis. Before I start, I define the expected deliverables, timeline, and budget so there are no surprises along the way.

Do you offer a dedicated approach for MVP projects?

Yes. I offer special conditions and a focused approach for teams that need to launch an MVP quickly and work with a limited budget. I help prioritize the essential features and user flows, focus the design effort where it matters most, and avoid spending time on things that can wait until later stages.

How do you handle feedback and revisions?

I collect your feedback during my weekly delivery meetings. In addition, you can leave feedback at any time, as you’ll have access to the Figma files throughout the project.

How many revisions?

There’s no fixed limit on revision rounds within the agreed project scope. I work iteratively, gathering and incorporating feedback throughout the process until the design is right.

Can you handle development?

Yes. I can cover the entire process, from UX and UI design to development and launch. This means you work with one person throughout the project, with design and development closely connected from the start.
